I did some comparison with Beatrice and I was surprised by the colour difference between both releases. I compared with the DVD source and it's your encode who has different colours.
I just wanted to inform you as I don't think is normal

ReplyDeleteI know about Beatrice v1 was wrong colormatrix, so they do v2 and it's equal to my rip and dvd (scale with colormatrix correction).
If u want compare original dvd with upscale always change colormatrix to bt.709 for and bt.601\470 for Upscale->SD source.
Oh, I didn't know he did a rev. It was Vlad that showed me a screen of the source when I talked to him. I guess he mistook lol.
